You can choose between 2 shipping options:
– FREE Standard Shipping, between 14 to 20 business days.
– Express shipping is available by request and additional charge at checkout.
You have 2 options for express delivery:
- ECO POST – The service is provided by Israel postal company, to countries: Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland, the United States, Belgium, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, South Korea, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Greece, Japan, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Russia.* Estimated time for most destinations: between 7-5 business days, estimated time for Australia and Hong Kong: 12-10 business days.
- EMS – The service is provided by Israel postal company and 200 postal administrations worldwide.
EMS guarantees delivery times of within 2-3 business days to main destinations worldwide with Internet tracking.
TAXES & CUSTOM FEES
Please keep in mind, VAT & duty may apply depending on your countries local Customs or Tax Authority.
Nutopa is not responsible for any VAT & duty costs that might be charged.
Unclaimed orders that were returned will be re-sent after payment for second-time shipping is received.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item. Item can be returned for any reason as long as it in his original packaging and in his original unused condition.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item(s), you may return them within 14 days of receipt,for a full refund (not including shipping costs) Returned items must be in the same unused condition with the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returned items with personal contents left inside the product as it could indicate signs of use. PROCESSING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE If you wish to return/exchange your order please contact us with your order number & a reason for your return/exchange. Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your item and your refund will be issued via the original method of payment. We suggest the return items will be packed safely and send with a tracking number. Customers who return without a tracking number, do so at their own risk – items that will be lost/damaged during return shipping are solely the buyer’s responsibility. Custom orders & SALE items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defect item which you want to claim please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out for you. For accepted claim, Nutopa is responsible for all additional costs
